“Standing Next To You” returned to no. 1 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart for the week ending on December 30, spending its fifth consecutive week at the top of the chart. Not only does it become Jung Kook’s longest-running no. 1 on the chart, but it also ties with Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” as the longest-running no. 1 hit of 2023 on the chart.
