What is the BU?

Inspired by BTS, it is an alternate universe created by Big Hit Entertainment using IP (Intellectual Property) storytelling.
Commonly known as BTS Universe / Bangtan Universe.
The very first hint of the BU could be seen in BTS’s concert VCRs for The Red Bullet. However, it didn’t fully flesh out until BTS’s ‘I Need U’ music video released in 2015 and can now be seen across multiple platforms… — ARMY Dictionary
