The South Korean pop group has reached the top of the U.S. charts, united millions of fans around the world into a self-styled ARMY, shattered online viewing records and been part of a major IPO. Now BTS is preparing to release a new album.

The band was awarded the honor by James Corden last night, as WSJ. Magazine premiered its annual Innovator Awards in a virtual format, which marks the 10th Anniversary celebrating “A Decade of Innovation." Eight honorees, all of whom grace separate covers of the magazine’s highly anticipated November issue, were paid tribute for trailblazing accomplishments in their respective fields. For the first time in Innovators history, the once-private, star-studded awards presentation could be viewed and enjoyed by all.

Interviewed for the feature, rappers RM, Suga and J-Hope and vocalists Jung Kook, Jin, V and Jimin talk to WSJ. Magazine about their journey to now, their new music, and their hope that they’ll get to the Grammys again this year.

“We’re preparing our next album now, [and I] think it’d be great if all our songs make it into Billboard’s Hot 100,” says Jimin, 25. “Another performance at the Grammys would be great.” A few seats away, Suga, 27, teases, “Just say you’d like to receive the award.”
