'Map of the Soul: 7' Highest First Sales Week in Hanteo History

As of April 3, 2020, BTS has again achieved notable status on the Hanteo Chart. BTS’s latest release Map of the Soul: 7 recorded a historical amount of sales totaling 3,378,633 copies. The staggering amount of albums sold has ranked BTS No. 1 in album sales on the Hanteo Chart, which now has them as the No. 1 selling group in KPOP history.
This is the first in K-Pop history. BTS is the first to set the record of more than 3 million copies, and BTS's name is ranked from the 1st to the 4th place in the Initial Chodong sales ranking of all the albums in K-Pop history.
