"Butter" Tops The Billboard Hot 100 Chart For Seventh Consecutive Week

BTS’s “Butter” is ranked No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart (dated July 17, 2021) for a seventh consecutive week, extending its record for the longest-running No. 1 debut by a group! Not only did “Butter” also top the Digital Song Sales chart for the seventh week, but it moved into the No. 10 position on the Pop Airplay chart (Mainstream Top 40). This is BTS’s second Pop Airplay top 10 entry after “Dynamite” ranked No. 5 in December 2020. BTS is the first South Korean act to have multiple Pop Airplay top 10s.
“Butter,” released on HYBE/BigHit Music/Columbia Records, drew 29.1 million radio airplay audience impressions (up 6%) and 10.8 million U.S. streams (down 1%) and sold 108,800 (down 29%) in the week ending July 8, according to MRC Data.
