"Butter" Spends Its 10th Week At No. 1 On Billboard's Hot 100

Following the release of BTS’s “Butter” remix featuring Megan Thee Stallion, “Butter” returned to the top spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart (dated September 11), spending its 10th nonconsecutive week at no. 1. With this, “Butter” becomes the 40th single in Hot 100 history to spend 10 weeks or more at the no. 1 spot and the first song in 2021 to do so.

“Butter,” released on HYBE/BigHit Music/Columbia Records, drew 12.2 million radio airplay audience impressions (down 39%) and 10.7 million U.S. streams (up 110%) and sold 143,000 downloads (up 108%) in the week ending Sept. 2, according to MRC Data.
