First Foreign Artist To Earn RIAJ Diamond Certification For Streaming

Announced on February 28, 2022, BTS's "Dynamite" has received a diamond certification by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) for surpassing 500 million streams. BTS is the first foreign artist to earn a diamond certification for streaming in Japan; "Dynamite" is the second song overall to achieve this feat. Additionally, "Life Goes On" earned a platinum certification, and "Anpanman" earned a gold certification for surpassing 100 million and 50 million streams, respectively.
