SUGA won his first award as a music producer at the 2017 Melon Music Awards. He took home the Hot Trend Award with Suran for their collaboration track β€œWine.” This was the first time he composed and produced for another artist other than BTS.

With BTS, SUGA took home a total of five awards at the 2017 MMA.
