On November 8, 2022, Lotte released their Xylitol 25th anniversary commemorative bottle featuring an image of a BTS member on the inside of the gum case lid.

SMILE ACTION CHALLENGE
On October 13, 2022, the ‘BTS Smile Action’ challenge was announced. After pairing up, the members of the band take action according to the voice of a certain member as fans guess who is the owner of the voice.

Soda Flavor Gum
On October 4, 2022, Lotte released their latest BTS vertical design gum in seven types that line up spelling the “XYLITOL”.
The gum comes in a refreshing soda flavor with citrus accents and a carbonated taste. Fans may find a heart printed on the gum at random.
7 Scenes Bottles
On October 4, 2022, Lotte released their latest BTS designed xylitol gum with new visuals. The limited edition 7 Scenes Bottle contain solo shots of the BTS members suggesting 7 scenes in which they would like to check Xylitol gum.
There are a total of 9 designs including 2 group cuts of all the members. The gum comes in 7 assorted flavors: sweetie, peach, muscat, grape, orange, lychee, and berry.

Good Teeth, Good Smile Campaign
On July 15, 2022, Lotte Confectionary premiered their latest commercial advertisements featuring BTS as part of their second collaboration for Xylitol gum. The campaign will be used simultaneously through various countries including the U.S., Canada, Japan, and Southeast Asia under the slogan of ‘Good Teeth, Good Smile.’
The commercials show the members of the band performing magic while chewing Xylitol gum as their song, ‘Yet to Come,’ plays in the background.

BTS Special Edition Gum
Between October 1, 2021 and January 17, 2022, Lotte released a variety of their Xylitol x BTS special edition chewing gum in assorted flavors including apple mint, alpha peach, purple mix (grapefruit and blueberry), grape, peach, berry, orange, lychee, sweety, and muscat.
Lotte also released a limited number of ‘Xylitol Gum BTS Smile Bottles’ consisting of a bright and lavender pearl color with 7 types of solo cuts by each BTS members and 3 types of cuts of the entire band.
A newly designed bottle was released on August 2, 2022 in grape and peach flavors.

Initial Announcement
On May 27, 2021, the Lotte Confectionary announced BTS as endorsement ambassadors for their Xylitol chewing gum and faces of their ‘Smile to Smile Project’. The goal of the campaign was to make people smile amid times of trouble and create a world full of smiles. The campaign song is the septet’s megahit song ‘Butter’.
On July 20, 2021, Lotte Xylitol released their first commercial advertisements as part of their ‘Smile to Smile Project’ campaign starring BTS. Their ‘Smile Special Movie,’ was released the following day on July 21, 2021 with limited delivery on the company’s official YouTube channel.
