'Butter' Back at No. 1, Spending Eighth Week on Billboard Hot 100

“Butter” is back at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100! 🎉
It makes its return to the top spot after it was displaced by “Permission to Dance” last week. With this, BTS becomes the first act to replace themselves at No. 1 on the Hot 100 for two weeks in a row.
“Butter” has now spent a total of eight weeks at the top of the Hot 100 chart, tying as the longest-running song at No. 1 in 2021 so far. “Permission to Dance” remains in the top 10 at No. 7.
