"My Universe" Receives Gold BRIT Certification

Coldplay x BTS’s “My Universe” has officially been BRIT certified gold after achieving 400k units! This is BTS’s second single to be certified gold after “Dynamite” in February 2021, which became the first single by a Korean group to go gold in the United Kingdom.
After its release on September 24, 2021 at 1 p.m. KST, “My Universe” skyrocketed to success, making an impressive debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 3 on the Official Singles Chart in the United Kingdom. In just over a month, the music video surpassed 100 million views and the song was certified silver in the United Kingdom by mid-November.
