BTS Breaks Three New Social Media Guinness World Records

BTS has earned three new Guinness World Record titles!

According to Guinness World Record’s official website, BTS set new world records for being the most followed music group on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.

Additionally, V earned two world records after the BTS members opened individual Instagram accounts in December 2021. He earned the world records for the fastest time to reach 1 million followers (43 minutes) and the fastest time to reach 10 million followers (4 hr 52 min) on Instagram.

Including V’s records, BTS now has a total of 28 world record titles. BTS entered the 2022 Guinness World Records Hall of Fame in September 2021. Learn more here.
