The top 16 teams will advance to the Top 16 round
Top 16 Voting (WHOSFAN App)
The top 16 teams will be divided into 4 groups (A - D) and will participate in voting over three days
Each team will face each team within their group once over the three days for a total of three votes.
Each vote will feature two teams and the team with the higher vote percentage will earn 1 WHOSFANDOM Award point
The two teams in each group with the most WHOSFANDOM Award points will advance to the Top 8 round
A total of 8 teams will advance to the Top 8 round (if needed, a tiebreaker ranking vote will be used)

Daily missions (view artist pages, read articles, watch short videos, and complete simple tasks)
Event missions (extra free tickets during award season)
Voting is unlimited and the app is the most reliable and provides the best access to easy free voting
Avoid “Buy,” “Purchase,” “Credit,” “Gold Coin,” “Hanteo Pass,” and anything in the “Store” tab
2) Mubeat (Mubeat Voting Guide)
1 vote = 1 voting ticket (1 Mubeat vote = 3 Whosfan votes; Only use HMA 2025 voting tickets)
Earn beats by watching ads and exchange them for voting tickets
10 ads = 1 ticket
Limit of 3 tickets per account, per day earned through watching ads
Exchange 20 starbeats for 1 ticket

Participate in event missions
Limit of 100 votes per account, per day and voting tickets expire within 10 days

Free voting includes:

Limited ad-watching
Voting is unlimited, but the free voting options are few and restrictive
Avoid paid token bundles and “Boost” or “Premium” voting options (if only interested in free voting)
How Votes Are Calculated
Results will be calculated by combining the voting ratios from each round based on the official votes collected from the three voting platforms
Each round is weighted differently: Round 1 (30%), Round 2 (30%), Round 3 / Final (40%)
Results from each voting platform will be normalized equally at a 1:1:1 ratio
The combined scores and frankings from all three voting platforms will be posted on the official HMA 2025 website on January 9, 2026 @ 11am KST
