BASKET Edition

On August 31, 2018, PUMA launched their ‘PUMA x BTS Basket’ edition along with the ‘PUMA BASKET MADE BY BTS’ campaign featuring BTS.

The campaign showcases the classic sneaker ‘BASKET in BTS’ style. Its tongue has a co-branded Puma and BTS logo in gold, and sides stamped with the group’s debut date ‘2013 06 13.’ The heels pay tribute to the tie-up with the Basket’s left show featuring Puma’s cat logo while the right has the BTS flower motif from the group’s hit album, ‘Love Yourself.’

TURIN EDITION

On March 13, 2018, Puma announced their ‘PUMA x BTS Turin’ edition in collaboration with BTS. This special edition is a remix of the classic PUMA Turin and sportswear basics that showcased the concept ‘TIME WITH BTS’ logo designed by the band.

The first installment of this collection was released in March 2018 and the second installment rolling out globally in July 2018.

Courtstar Edition

On July 24, 2017, Puma released their ‘Puma x BTS Court Star’ edition with BTS. This is the brand’s second sneaker collaboration with the band.

This special edition shoe features a simple monochromatic colorway and design while also revealing the band’s debut date printed under the PUMA logo. There is also a BTS designed motif of a hand holding a flower on its heel.

BOG SOCK (2016)

 

On September 5, 2016, Puma released the first of seven video issues promoting their Bog Sock sneakers featuring BTS. The remaining six issues followed throughout the month with each showing members of the band dancing, singing, playing various musical instruments, or having fun together.

BLAZE (2016)

 

On January 31, 2016, Puma released the “Blaze Time” video featuring BTS singing and dancing to a remake of their hit song, “Run”, to promote their Blaze sneaker.

Initial Announcement

On October 18, 2015, Puma Korea announced their initial collaboration with BTS selecting them to be the new faces for the brand because their challenging image fits the brand’s concept of ‘brave, determined, confident, and joyful.’

Puma unveiled a Making the Film for the group’s pictorial entitled ‘BTS, Awaken the Frozen City’ on October 26, 2015. Additional photos taken during the Making the Film were released on the Puma Korea official website.

The last collaboration between Puma x BTS ended on July 24, 2019.
